£45-50,000, plus 12% bonus, car allowance, pension and other benefits

Homebased, with 2-3 days in the South East

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an international market leader, supplying an array of branded dairy products primarily to the retail multiples. Well-respected in the industry, the brand offers a portfolio that includes yogurts, drinks and spreads. The group has an annual turnover of £80 million worldwide, with sales in excess of £50 million in the UK. With a strong presence across the top four retailers, the business is now looking to attract a high calibre National Account Manager to take ownership of two of the top four accounts, with responsibility for around 25% of the business.

The position is extremely diverse with a broad range of challenging and exciting responsibilities for the successful candidate. As a National Account Manager you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability for these important retail accounts. In addition to the development of these accounts you will be tasked with implementing your own business strategies based on previous successful projects. You will report directly into the Senior Customer Development Manager and play a key role in the company’s ambitious growth plans for the future. Furthermore, a key element to this role will include you working proactively to introduce new SKUs and grow your portfolio of business.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of growing retail accounts within an FMCG environment. You will presently be in a similar role and have superior knowledge and understanding in working for a reputable, branded organisation. It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years consistent achievement within a sales position.  This role will offer you the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of the business, and really develop yourself with the support of a growing business.
