BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS – HEALTHCARE

LOCATION:         HOME BASED

AREAS:               Yorkshire, Coventry and West Midlands, Shropshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire

SALARY:             £26000 per annum (OTE £75,000) + Car allowance, Laptop, Mobile, Fuel card

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning, market leading provider of Mental Health Services.

Your brief will be to increase the number of patient referrals and admissions from the NHS and Social Services customers by promoting our Company’s unique care model to meet the needs of the patients by providing high quality and value for money services.

Working in close partnership with the NHS, your primary focus will be to develop key relationships with the newly formed Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Liaising at a senior level you will be the essential point of contact from enquiry to patient referral and placement. You will spearhead the strategic business development for your area, raising awareness and providing consultation on step down rehabilitation services in the Community.

We offer highly individualised and tailored care packages for Service Users who do not need the physical security of an inpatient facility, but do require on-going treatment and support from an experienced clinical team, reducing the likelihood of relapse and re-hospitalisation.

THE CANDIDATE

Recent sales experience with ability to evidence achievement of targets and demonstrate track record of delivering sales growth

Strong territory management skills

Excellent relationship building skills with external and internal customers

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Effective time manager
