We are Mahou San Miguel; the leading international brewer in Spain.  We produce 75% of Spanish beer consumed worldwide.

Significant acquisitions over the past 10 years have seen the company consolidate the Spanish beer market and now we are embarking on a truly enterprising international journey to exploit and fulfil consumer excitement for quality premium Spanish beer the world over.

To raise even more profile for the brands, here in the UK Mahou San Miguel  have created two new positions to unlock the On-Trade arena, specifically Free and Wholesale Trade as well as National and Regional brewers.  The objectives are to build new distribution, initiate high visibility and POS to activate impactful consumer demand.  The roles will work alongside the Distributor teams with sales and budget responsibility targeted to increasing volume sales for the flagship brands.

Reporting to the Country Manager, these roles will have high levels of autonomy, but you must have the mind-set to make things happen.  You will have around 5 years sales experience in Drinks, preferably with an understanding of the On-Trade channel and discerning premium HoReCa venues in major UK cities.  You must be able to demonstrate true creativity and entrepreneurial flair in order to develop the strategy and customer base within a fast evolving business.  A consuming passion for the Drinks business and a love for all things Spanish including the language will be a massive advantage.
