Our client is an industry leading spirits industry pioneer, boasting an enviable portfolio of premium spirits. Distributing globally and serving both the on and off-trade with retail accounts ranging from Grocer to high-end retail, the company is consistently extending their portfolio and growing their visibility. Due to the company's unceasing success, they are now looking for a Global Marketing Manager to take commercial responsibility for one of their prestigious brands.

The role is crucial to the Marketing Team, working with the Global Brand Director to implement brand strategy, activation and growth. You will be responsible for driving consumer commitment, profitably grow the share and achieve set performance measures. Being involved in all aspect of the brand, you will be included in packaging redesign; developing range strategy; on trade and off trade marketing programs; developing advertising; experiential marketing programs and evaluating the brand health. As well as being independent and innovative, the role requires cross functional working with regional marketeers and operations.

Educated to degree level, applicants require proven marketing experience, ideally to a marketing manager level within the FMCG industry. A passion for the drinks industry is key, as well as being able to demonstrate skills in leading and developing range strategy in the on and off trade, packaging redesign and brand visual identity development. Understanding the supply and ability to work with the operations team is essential, along with the ability to generate actionable category and consumer insights. The successful candidate will be expected to show strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence key stakeholders and lead effective teams.
