Group sales have doubled over the last 5 years and the Vimto brand is now worth 66million in the UK, growing at 4.3% value growth and 7.3% volume growth year on year. Brand Licensing delivers significant consumer exposure to Vimto branding and flavour and is therefore of significant strategic importance to Nichols plc. Your key focus will be to double the retail sales of licensed products by 2018 whilst ensuring alignment to our brand values. You will achieve this by securing profitable licencing arrangements with new and existing licensees to deliver royalty targets and distribution objectives. Identifying opportunities to launch new products in highly profitable areas that are in keeping with the Vimto brand values and managing this process from concept through to launch will be a key element to your success.

Of graduate calibre, you will have strong account management skills and an understanding of brand gained within a branded FMCG business. You must have first-hand experience of UK sales channels and prior experience of working within brand licensing would be ideal. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills and will have a good understanding of consumer insight. As a person, you should take an open and honest approach to business and exhibit passion and enthusiasm in your work.
