Join us as a Prospect Account Manager and your role will be to identify scope and win new accounts for the region.  You will deliver incremental profit, increase the distribution of our brands and increase factored category share through identified new business opportunities.  You will be tasked with increasing visibility and profitability within your territories.

Your main responsibilities as a Molson Coors Prospect Account Manager will be: 

  • To be responsible for the identified key prospecting opportunities across the region
  • Through knowledge and understanding of the operating region, identify new business opportunities and build long term, profitable relationships.
  • Raise the profile of Molson Coors Brewers Ltd within the territory, by networking with key opinion formers in the industry and securing visibility at opinion forming venues.
  • Planning and implementing sales priorities set out by the Regional Sales Director  to deliver account contribution targets ,brand plans, cash flow and  customer experience targets
  • Once new business opportunities have been identified, create new profit streams through effective negotiation of long term deals.

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following:

  • Sales / commercial experience in an FMCG organisation.
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of consumer and market insight
  • Ability to influence key opinion formers and build effective working relationships
  • Presenting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • P&L and balance sheet awareness
  • Knowledge of CUSTOMER, consumer and market insight

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have a strong academic background a-long with demonstrable experience in an Account Manager/Field Sales capacity, ideally within an FMCG organisation.
