Job Details
This role would be supporting the brand manager, assisting in trade shows and distributor meetings. They would be responsible social media updates, monitoring and improving brand websites.

Our client is a leader in the cosmetic industry. Their main areas of focus are skin care and hair care brands. They have been in operations for over 10 years and have gone from strength to strength.
THE ROLE
The role of Assistant Brand Manager will include but not be subject too:
- Creating and developing marketing collateral, merchandising and resources.
- Monitoring and analyzing the market, competitors, and combining this with Business Development & direct customer feedback to help plan future activity.
- Assisting with trade shows and distributor meetings: organising and generating resources.
- Supporting NPD with new developments and current product improvement.
- Ecommerce assistance.
- Maintaining social media platforms for the brand.
- Monitoring, maintaining and improving the brand websites in the UK and internationally.
- Support international partners, promptly responding to requests.
- Supporting Customer Services.
- Assist with the creation and update of regular reports on specific activity and brand performance.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate for Assistant Brand Manager will have:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- A talent for organisation, project and time management
- The right balance of creativity and pragmatism
- Financial acumen both to remain within budget, and obtain the most from that budget
- Experience in PR and advertising both directly and via agencies
- Brand and marketing experience, ideally but not essentially within Health & Beauty
