Who Are We Looking For

Reporting to the Insight Strategy Manager you will be support the sales and marketing teams with key category insight to enable them to better understand market performance and help drive the sales of our brands.

Working with the Insight Strategy Manager you will provide actionable insights across the business. You will take responsibility for managing key regular reporting of market data for both the on and off trade. You will ensure current reports are aligned to business needs and develop solutions to evolving business information needs.  You will assist with the evaluation of key marketing and sales initiatives in order to understand return on investment.  You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the “sales toolkit” - a hub of information to support the sales team.  Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support to the Off Trade to support sales opportunities.

The Person

The successful candidate will be highly analytical and a good problem solver.  Excellent excel skills are key to being successful in this role together with the ability to translate data into insight in an impactful way.  Ideally you will have Category Management experience and a degree in Marketing or Business Studies.

This role will encompass close working relationships with all parts of our business and it is therefore vital that you are excellent communicator at all levels.  You will be a natural team player who also has the ability to work individually and within a team.
