The Role: With a national remit and ideally based centrally, the successful Field Sales Manager will be looking to develop a sales team around them, to sell into the pharmacy sector. Your business managers will be selling to independent and chains of pharmacies, dealing with business owners and managers. You will hold full responsibility for recruitment, training, coaching and staff development, with the expectation of having seven business managers in your team across the UK. Full company and product training is on offer and this is an exceptional opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of this new division.
The Company: Established for 75 years, our client is currently leading their marketplace and holds a particularly strong brand name. They sell a range of branded vitamins and dietary supplements and are now looking to build an entirely new team hence their search for a new Field Sales Manager.
For this Field Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Field sales experience
• You will also have a track record of managing a sales team
• Sales within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred
• The ability to build a sales team from scratch is important

Benefits of this Field Sales Manager role:

• £30-35,000 Base Salary
