THE COMPANY: This is a successful and growing £350m+ FMCG business with strong brands and close customer partnerships with the Top 4 Multiples and Discounters. They have established and flexible UK manufacturing facilities and a reputation for developing an innovative pipeline of NPD. To drive profitable new business they want to lead and deliver key Retailer Brand business projects with their strategic customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: There are two key challenges firstly to analyse and identify retailer brand marketing opportunities through developing a deep understanding of consumer, competitor and market insight. Secondly you will lead and deliver projects through the business, creating strategies and plans and developing robust timescales and costings. This is a blend of strategy and action and you will feel comfortable communicating with Customers, working with Marketing Agencies and also with colleagues in Operations and Production.

ABOUT YOU: You will have a strong commercial background and experience in a customer facing Retailer Brand Management role. You can give examples of identifying opportunities for NPD and then delivering against these plans. You build strong cross functional relationships and are comfortable presenting your ideas both internally and externally. Your organisational skills are a strength, you deliver on your commitments and enjoy achieving results.
