An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Brand Manager to join our dynamic and fast paced Marketing team. This is a key role within the business driving profitable new business on key Strategic Customers through managing their Retailer Brands. You will lead and deliver key Retailer Brand business projects through the Burton’s organisation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing Retailer Brand management role in an FMCG organisation with a strong Retailer Brand business. You will be degree educated or with equivalent experience. You will have experience of product management and NPD delivery with management of P&Ls. You will have proven experience of successful business growth leadership with clear results. Experience of working within food and snacking is advantageous but not essential. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally. You will be commercially aware, have strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. You will be results driven, have a keen eye for detail with the ability to plan and organise effectively.
