We are looking for a Senior Category Manager who can deliver Category Management excellence to Tesco! For this leading branded foods business you would be operating across a wide portfolio of brands, within a highly competitive category. We are looking for someone who can gain disproportionate advantage for their brands through developing and owning the Category Management relationship and customising our Category vision, drivers and tactics.

Operating in a small team you will work closely with the Insights, Marketing and Sales teams you will be responsible for translating compelling category and shopper insights into growth opportunities for the business and to give them the commercial edge. The role would give you significant exposure and profile within both Tesco but also this leading food company recognised as a career employer.

With a classically trained blue chip background, you will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a minimum of two years experience in a similar top 3 Category role. You will have a clear understanding of the entire category process and will be able to demonstrate implementation of category plans that have made significant difference to business performance.
