Senior Category manager - FMCG - TOP 3 grocery

One of the world's most known personal care, health and household companies are seeking an exceptional Senior Category Manager to work across a top 3 grocery multiple.

Reporting to the category director, this is a highly autonomous and customer facing role. Working alongside a talented account management team, you will lead the category agenda within the largest grocery retailer, tasked with driving mutual growth strategies in line with company objectives. The role also incorporates line management of 2 Category managers.

We are seeking strong commercial talent who can demonstrate a progressive and successful career to date gained within a branded consumer, retail or agency background. You will possess excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills, whilst demonstrating the desire and tenacity to make things happen. A strong understanding of the grocery channel would be preferable.
