This approach, combined with an innovative product range, ensures that Hill’s have the infrastructure for future sustained growth and to help drive this to the next level, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Manager.

Working closely with both Consumer Marketing and the Customer Development Team, your role will be to apply your expertise and knowledge of the local retail environment to develop consumer marketing, category, channel and account strategies and turn these into successful commercial action plans.

Specifically, you’ll be focused on local implementation of pet channel sales strategies, applying shopper insight by channel and executing go-to-market strategies and channel segmentation initiatives.

We are looking for a high calibre individual with a real shopper and customer centric approach. Currently working in either a shopper marketing, customer marketing or category management role, you’ll be formally trained in an FMCG blue chip environment and are now looking to step up your career and use your knowledge and skills to the best effect.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive benefits package together with tailor-made training and development as well as group-wide future career opportunities and prospects.
