Commercial Manager – Out-of-Home Channel

We are a multi-site business with an enviable range of major customers across the grocery, convenience, foodservice and coffee shop channels, delivering high quality ‘Food to Go’ products.

Having successfully built the £100m ‘Urban Eat’ branded range of ‘Food to Go’ products, we are equally committed to attracting and developing top talent into our commercial team. With this in mind, we are looking to appoint a high potential Commercial Manager to work within our foodservice division, managing a selection of our blue chip customers.

Having developed your commercial career up to National Account Manager level within a recognised own label added food business, you have developed a strong understanding of the NPD project management process from concept to launch. 

You have successfully managed and developed major account customers, either within the Foodservice or Food Retail channels, you have strongly developed your customer management and business planning skills, together with the ability to lead management projects and influence the business agenda at all management levels.

Above all, you are motivated about food development and understand the art of successfully adding commercial value to the business. Additionally, you are a highly ambitious and driven individual with an enthusiastic and personable style, which enables you to easily build relationships, both internally and externally.
