National Account Manager
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Home/field based (Bradford)

This role involves working for one of the leading brewery groups in the world, with a large portfolio of beer and other beverage brands. Their flagship brand is one of the best-known beer brands in the world and the Baltika, They employ more than 40,000 and their products are sold in more than 150 markets.

My client is looking for a new Grocery National Account Manager to be responsible for directly managing and developing a major grocery client.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver sales volume, distribution brand share and GCC targets for the sector/customer portfolio.
* Drive business growth through negotiation of key deals and pricing
* Work closely with Brands, Insight & Customer Marketing to ensure maximisation of distribution & volume objectives.
* Identify distribution gaps or brand opportunities and propose structured plans to unlock all opportunities.
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting is provided by liaising with other company functions to ensure good customer service.
* Responsibility for P&L, Marketing Spend, GCC per HL, Profit & Volume budgets.
* Required to identify and make improvements to procedures, services or products as appropriate for the customer portfolio
.
Personal profile:

* Proven track record of delivering growth within strategically important National Account Customers.
* Degree Level/HND or equivalent candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience within Sales/Marketing.
* Strong commercial acumen & understanding of the P&L down to GCC
* A determination and tenacity to succeed in generating business plans.
* Excellent communication skills & strong presentation ability.
