Delicatessen Assistant Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for our Delicatessen. This area of the shop had doubled in size during our renovation at the beginning of the year, and now presents a great opportunity to someone who is passionate about food and providing first class customer service.

This is a varied and demanding role with the successful candidate working alongside the Deli Manager to maintain this area to a high standard. Responsibilities will include driving sales, customer service, housekeeping, merchandising, stock control, liaising with buyers plus working with the very finest Scottish and International produce available.

Candidates must have a friendly and outgoing personality with smart appearance.  Previous Delicatessen experience is preferable for this role, although if you feel you have the passion and drive to take on this challenge full training will be provided.
