An exciting career opportunity has now arisen in the UK Sales team for an ambitious and talented Key Account Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of consumables in the Essentials category managing a portfolio of accounts with a key focus on Dixons Carphone in their Trade Partners channel. This is an already established route to market but the individual would be responsible to drive growth for UK and Ireland and should be therefore dynamic and with the ability to take personal leadership as a business manager.

Working collectively with the Head of Sales - UK, National Account Team, Trade Marketing Manager, Category Manager and Customer Services, you will develop and drive the strategy to broaden the distribution across non-core Trade Partners. You will effectively manage all key processes associated with Forecasting, Promotional Campaigns, Communications, New Production Introduction and Price and be able to increase profitability through effective use of PMR (Price Margin Realisation) by driving product and account mix improvements.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and will have at least 3 years extensive Sales and Account management experience gained within a FMCG/Consumer Goods Blue-Chip organisation working with key retail accounts. You will be exceptionally numerate and have a high level of commercial acumen to pro-actively deliver results through engaging organisational teams to work cross functionally. With strong knowledge of FMCG, Category Management, and / or Consumables, you will display evidence of driving exceptional sales growth and be highly self-motivated, demonstrate passion, be team player with a flexible and can-do' attitude.
