National Account Executive
Based Northampton with extensive UK travel
£35,000 - £40,000 + Car + Bonus

Main responsibilities
*Drive business growth through negotiation of key deals and pricing
*Work closely with Brands, Insight & Customer Marketing to ensure maximisation of distribution & volume objectives.
*Identify distribution gaps or brand opportunities and propose structured plans to unlock all opportunities.
*Ensure accurate sales forecasting is provided by liaising with other company functions to ensure good customer service.
*Required to identify and make improvements to procedures, services or products as appropriate for the customer portfolio.
Personal Profile:
*Proven track record of delivering growth within strategically important National Account Customers.
*Degree Level/HND or equivalent candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience within Sales/Marketing.
*Excellent communication skills & strong presentation ability.
*A determination and tenacity to succeed in generating business plans
This role would best suit candidates ideally from an FMCG drinks orientated role from large national brands. An experienced sales manager that is looking to progress to the next stage in their FMCG career with a global organisation. A clean driving license is essential due to the extensive field based nature of this role.
