Do you have a real passion for food? Do you have your finger on the pulse of the ever changing London fine dining scene?

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with London’s Michelin star restaurants and hotels, high end catering and events businesses and HNWI, selling directly to their top chefs on a daily basis, developing strong trust based relationships and working with some of the finest produce and ingredients in the world.

Our client is a hugely successful food business, enjoying over 5 years of sustained double digit growth and development with an enviable reputation for the highest quality produce, outstanding customer service and a client base second to none.

You will need to live, eat and breathe food and the London restaurant world – the trends, the seasonality, the provenance and the subtle variations of the market. The clear focus of the role is to create relationships and rapport with the chefs themselves – understanding their business wants and needs and supplying them with a service and product range second to none. But as this is a field based sales and account management role - they also need you to be able to sell!! You will be an achiever, driven to hit targets and open new business opportunities as well as manage and grow an existing portfolio of 300-400 existing accounts.

Ideally you will be a trained chef – passionate about food and fine dining, with a genuine love for talking about food, able to talk “chef language” and create need and opportunity with your customers. High energy, professional  but not overtly “salesy”, this is an exciting role for someone to excel in and could genuinely be the dream job for the right individual.
