NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME PART OF BROBOT PETROLEUM’S MANAGEMENT TEAM AS

GROUP SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Brobot Petroleum Limited is a family owned business which was established in Melton Mowbray in 1978. We currently own and operate 23 petrol filling stations and associated convenience stores in the East Midlands, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire and are looking to expand our network and management team. The position will be based at our offices in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the sales and gross margins of our convenience stores, where we currently turnover around £15M.

On a day to day basis, the role will involve reviewing our range of shop goods and selling prices, creating and implementing a cohesive template for the merchandising of our stores and maximising profits on shop products. You will be working directly with suppliers and manufacturers in addition to area managers, site managers and shop floor staff to consistently promote our forecourts to their best advantage.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, negotiating with suppliers, stock control and management in retail, preferably within the grocery sector. If you have the relevant experience, an eye for detail and the tenacity to promote your ideas through to completion, this opportunity to join our management team could be for you.
