We are working with a leading food manufacturing business, who is wanting to appoint a HR Coordinator to join the busy team, there is a great opportunity for career development, and ideally you will be part qualified ( or must be willing to study) and be a member of the CIPD.

The role
  • Coordinate the weekly absence KIPI reports.
  • Provide HR advice on day to day issues
  • Provide admin support to the HR team
  • Do recruitment for weekly and lower level salaried roles



Must haves:
  • Excellent levels of communication and the confidence to deal with people at all levels.
  • IT skills including advanced skill using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint tools.
  • Experience handling absence and disciplinary procedures, complaints and queries.
  • Great team skills and capability to work to Key Performance Indicators.
  • Clean driving licence and use of vehicle.
  • Good standard of all round office admin skills and a flexible approach to tasks and hours of work.


Preferred:
  • Experience working with the Cezanne HR system.
  • Qualified or part qualified HR/CIPD



This is a very fast paced working environment and not for the faint hearted. It is a demanding role and would be great for someone with aspirations to progress to HR Officer level. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 but you must be able to be flexible on occasion to suit the needs of the business, as it works 24 hours.
