Salary : Competitive and negotiable; £ 50K p.a. plus potential for at least 50% OTE Company Car.

Gold Star is a leading wholesaler based in Harrow, actively pursuing growth delivering into London.. We deliver a wide range of Impulse, World Food & Beverage products to the convenience, catering, restaurant and retail business sectors. We have a challenging opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who is confident of leading a team and delivering growth.

The Role :

You will provide leadership to the field sales team; train & develop and manage the team to deliver targets and results. You will have the freedom to succeed by re-organising the division and working with the team.

The team will reach over 500 customers in London delivering a wide range of leading brands of Impulse and World Food products;  you will manage the team to service existing accounts and increasingly acquire new accounts for growth. The potential for OTE to add at least a £25K ++ p.a. or  more to your earnings is real and realistic by leading  the team to achieve results.

You will have at least 5 years or more experience in setting up and managing a successful field sales team selling impulse, food & drink products in London. You will know central London like the back of your palm; be able to plan field routes to be in synch with delivery routes/schedules. You will engage with the existing field  team, train and develop them to bring out their best; to realise their fullest potential. You will advise management on resource development needs and the need for additional resources to grow the business.
