The Role:

As Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating for mutual growth opportunities with the Impulse and RTM channels.   Leading a team of three direct reports, you will be accountable for working with the RTM & Impulse channel teams to ensure our category & commercial strategies are complementary & that they can evolve to meet the ever changing needs of our customers & shoppers.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the Impulse and RTM category team, and building a high performing team that is focused and well organised to achieve the strategic category agenda for the channel.
  • Partnering with Impulse and RTM Trading Directors.
  • Being responsible for line management of 3 direct reports
  • Delivering fact based category reviews with key strategic Impulse and RTM customers
  • Accountability for working collaboratively with key strategic customers on strategic category initiatives, driving category improvements that drive growth and improvements for the shopper.
  • Executing Wrigley strategic priorities (e.g. FE, Transactions) with Impulse and RTM customers
  • Ensuring all category and shopper data and services are sweated to deliver maximum return on investment and excellence in fact based insight.
  • Accountability for the teams’ delivery of Impulse channel range & space (POGs) solutions.
  • Accountability for teams’ delivery of the bottom-up NPD builds

The candidate
