The Role:

In the Category Deployment Manager role you will be building strategic solutions for our Gum portfolio, working cross functionally with others in Sales, Marketing and Finance, with a particular focus on developing and delivering our picture of Retail Excellence. You will be accountable for creating category solutions that have the shopper and customer at its heart, ensuring the department outwardly represents the shopper and customer with cross functional departments.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and drive pack & pricing strategies and initiatives for sales, in partnership with marketing & finance.
  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of our Perfect Store Handbook “picture of success”
  • Being  part of major shopper & category insight projects
  • Working on gum Innovation projects, working alongside Marketing and Finance to provide sales and category/shopper input and recommendations
  • Leading the completion of category team inputs into the Activity Brief bottom up builds
  • Working with global and regional teams on key projects that are focused on driving improvements in Retail Excellence.
  • Building the gum innovation customer sell stories that are used by category, account and field teams in customer presentations.
  • Attends Gum ATG meetings, representing category & shopper.
