What you'll be doing
A heavily cross-functional roles, the Commercial Innovation Manager is the critical link between Marketing, Sales, Finance and the Revenue Growth team to deliver NPD plans which drive value growth. Using Shopper and Consumer Insight to develop the most efficient NPD plans, you will ensure that investment is appropriate.
Working together with the customer teams, you will optimise levers of the P&L and build in targets for distribution and launch plans. Managing many internal stakeholders it's your job to get everone aligned and excited about NPD plans.
What we require
1. Leadership. The ability to lead the thinking on the right strategies to win in the short and long term with our customers. Integrating global and local customer visions and bring it alive with counterparts in other functions.
2. Thinking & Acting Decisively. The ability to define key drivers that make a difference in winning in the market, and decisively developing plans & next steps to move the business forward.
3. Collaboration. The CIM role is at the centre of all our NPD plans. The ability to effectively collaborate within the Marketing Team, the Sales teams, Finance and Global counterparts is critical
4. P&L experience. Strong Commercial Accumen.
5. Experience of National Account Management or Category Management in top 4 or "leading" customer
