The role is a high profile seat within the senior management team and reports directly in to the Director of Marketing. Responsible for leading the product & innovation strategy for the portfolio of brands and managing a team of 3-4 marketing people. You must have the ability to coach/train and lead a small marketing team whilst also managing external agencies such as PR, creative and advertising. Budget/P&L management will be a key responsibility for this role so evidence of commercial success will be essential.



The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-

  • Significant marketing management experience at MM or SBM level
  • FMCG (ideally food) industry background
  • Evidence of successful NPD launches with good project management skills
  • People/team management experience
  • Candidates from either Brand or Own Label backgrounds will be considered
  • Must be comfortable with working in the East/South Midlands on a daily basis
  • Must be degree educated
