National Account Executive - Drinks

The Opportunity:

The role is to develop business and sales strategy across a range of key Grocery, Symbol, Convenience groups and Regional off Trade wholesalers that will deliver both profit and growth. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships with accounts cross functionally. Driving profitable sales volume and managing local trade promotional spend.

The Company:

Premium FMCG branded drinks company with a range of products enjoyed by consumers all over the UK. Due to expansion and increase in turnover and profit growth, they need to strengthen their sales team by appointing a National Account Executive.

You: 

Ideal candidates will be from an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training
An understanding of FMCG retail including Grocery, Wholesalers and Cash & Carries
An ability to negotiate at a range of customer levels and implement promotional activity is essential
Some experience of Costco or Booker would be would be advantageous although not essential
Currently a Senior Territory Manager in impulse convenience looking for the next step
