Job Details
One of Britain's largest branded food producers is seeking a confident and creative Channel Marketing Manager to be a driving force in its Foodservice division.
In this marketing leadership role you'll work across our client's entire portfolio, taking responsibility for the division's brand and trade marketing, expertly managing the marketing budget, and building robust relationships with agencies as you monitor their performance.
You will have ample opportunity to impress and illustrate your savvy as you shrewdly develop the marketing strategy and annual brand plans, supporting long-term channel growth and engaging customers and industry bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the sales effort in the creation, production and implementation of innovative and effective trade support activities
- Contributing to category research and market data
- Working closely with our client's brand directors and their teams to ensure Foodservice marketing is aligned with Retail marketing
- Developing projects designed to launch and innovate new products
- Delivering commercial analysis of ROI for projects.
What our client is looking for:
You will be a proven influencer with at least three years' experience in trade / shopper marketing, alongside a FMCG background. Adept at project management, you will boast the ability to work productively under pressure, deftly managing competing tasks and deadlines.
To succeed in the pivotal role of Channel Marketing Manager you'll be highly numerate and able to demonstrate and clearly communicate ROI. You'll also be someone who's excellent at developing relationships, who's an imaginative thinker and who can work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively.
