The Role

Category Assistant

This is an exciting role to join the new Consumer Insights Marketing team.  You will be responsible for the analysis, modelling and transforming of complex consumer and sales

Specific Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager and other functions with insightful analytical data in a processed and usable format.
• Maintain a weekly market data document using the data platforms available.
• Provide accurate market data on a weekly basis.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Analyse information to aid the business to make informed decisions about the categories we operate in. 
• Perform duties required by the Category Manager on an ad hoc basis .
• To keep abreast of the latest trends, news and information.

The Candidate

• Category/marketing experience, ideally in food/fmcg.
• Ideally degree educated but not essential.
