FEVER TREE – INTERNATIONAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Substantial salary and bonus package

South West London based with flexibility

Since starting in 2005, FEVER-TREE has firmly established itself as the mixer drink specialist both in the UK and internationally. Served in 7 of the world's top 10 restaurants and endorsed by bartenders, drinks critics and gastronomers alike, FEVER-TREE mixers are distributed in over 50 markets worldwide with international business growing at an exceptional rate. With significant and ongoing investment to drive this phenomenal global growth potential further, we are now looking for an accomplished and ambitious international commercial professional.

This is a frontline role reporting directly to the Co-founders of this exciting and entrepreneurial organisation. With full P&L responsibility for managing a portfolio of European and Middle East based international distributors, your role will be to drive sales through existing routes to market and develop new market opportunities. You'll be involved in all aspects of commercial business from developing strategy, through to implementing activities and reporting on outcomes, all with the focus on building volume, delivering profits and increasing awareness of the FEVER-TREE brand.

We're looking for somebody with real passion and pazazz to grab hold of this opportunity and really make their mark. You'll currently be operating in a branded drinks environment - soft or alcoholic - with significant experience of working through distributor networks to grow business and forge new opportunities in international markets. Needless to say, an impressive track record of profitable overseas branded sales growth is essential.

You'll need a full armoury of fine-tuned business skills including negotiation, business planning, relationship building, communication and the ability to influence at all management levels. In addition, you'll need real energy, personality and fizz to bring the values of this dramatically successful brand to life for everybody you deal with.

Sounds like you? Ready for a genuinely unique career opportunity? Then please send your CV with details of your career to date and current remuneration package to our retained consultant Mark Smith mark@smithcarey.co.uk quoting ref: MS/1583.

Closing date for applications: Friday 14th November 2014.

All third party and direct applications will be forwarded to SmithCarey.
