Around £60,000 plus bonus, benefits & share options.

Little Dish is the first and only brand to launch a range of fresh, healthy meals for toddlers and young children made from 100% natural ingredients and no added salt or sugar.  We’ve built a new category by setting the standard for children’s nutrition and offering guilt-free convenience for busy mums. This innovation has been recognised with numerous prestigious awards and, more importantly, high repeat purchase rates of a loyal customer base.

We’re investing behind big plans for our next phase of growth and are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to help realise this -- someone who is smart, entrepreneurial and Values driven; and who is effective in developing relationships and executing annual sales plans with top 4 grocers, as well as pioneering for new business.

You’ll be a capable Account Manager with evident sales experience in branded consumer goods and knowledge of managing customers such as Tesco and Sainsbury’s. You’ll possess the essential skills of negotiation, promotional analysis and sales forecasting understanding. You’ll be expected to deepen relationships, secure the JBP, and bring a credible face to the buyer community. You’ll also be responsible for winning new accounts, exploring new channels/ opportunities for long term distribution.

Based at our offices in Notting Hill offices, reporting to a Board Director, you will play an influential part in our expansion plans and be able to take daily business decisions by yourself.  This is an exciting place to be, as part of a small team you’ll enjoy the hands on mentality and collaborative spirit of getting stuck in to projects to deliver great business results.
