The Role:

Brand Manager required for leading pet products company. Your main remit will be to take ownership of the brand, working with a new product launch in the market.

Due to continued success and expansion in the business, now an immediate opportunity for a talented individual to join the team.


Key Duties:

• Raising brand awareness of new product and driving business through strategic coordination of marketing initiatives.
• Deliver marketing campaigns.
• Supporting retailers across the UK.
• Working with US team to 'Own the Product' and manufacture the product.
• Building the brand.
• Work with Field Sales and Customer Services team to ensure delivery of brand messages.
• Supporting delivery of marketing events.
• Planning annual brand plan.
• Working closely with senior management teams.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of working as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Pet industry experience desired, but not essential. Must have an understanding of pet nutrition.
• Highly driven
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Good blend of Sales, Marketing and Commercial experience.
• Must have experience of taking a new product to market.
• Innovative and strategic thinker

Package:

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Bonus: 20% bonus + car + benefits
