Take your first step into FMCG Field Sales

Our client is a hugely successful business, enjoying a sustained period of outstanding growth and development with a portfolio of well loved top performing brands as well as wildly successful NPD and brand growth. They are adding 2 brand new positions to their Independent Field Sales team – 1 Northern based and 1 Southern based.

This is your big break to get into FMCG Field Sales. You could be a recent graduate, or have 6-12 months experience working in retail or the commercial world in general - but the time is right for you to make a move into the field and prove yourself in the fast paced world of FMCG. You’re looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to join a great business that values its people and is keen to develop them onwards and upwards through their organisation.

You want to be working with great products and be able to use your personality, enthusiasm and passion for sales in a customer facing role. Obviously communication and presentation skills are essential for these types of roles, but so are excellent planning and organisational abilities, a strong eye for detail and first class relationship/customer building skills.

These roles cover either the Southern or Northern region and will support the Independent Field Sales team - so you must be a flexible and adaptable type of character and be able to travel and stay away within the region as the role demands. This is a very developmental type of role, it demands effort and personal investment from you, but you are “the BDE of the future” and will have full training and support to get you there and drive your career further.
