Educated to Degree level, you’ve proved you’ve got great potential and you’re looking for a new opportunity. You’ll have a curiosity to learn, develop and throw yourself outside of your comfort zone. Happy working remotely to targets, you’ll need the strong interpersonal skills to interact daily in the external environment in which you will be based as well as building strong internal relationships that will support your success ongoing.

As Territory Development Manager reporting to our Field Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for developing a territory of approximately 100 retailers who you will visit on a 4 week cycle. These stores will be a mix of true independents, fascia stores and symbol outlets. As Territory Development Manager you’ll also develop a deep understanding of your differing customers’ needs by developing strong relationships with them and following the Mars selling process to mutually grow sales. The key result areas of your role will focus on driving distribution of Mars products, improving main display execution, driving availability and points of impact, as well as delivering key activity plans in store. 

If you are a great team player, have excellent planning skills, a strong drive for results and thrive off using your great interpersonal skills with customers then this role as Territory Development Manager is for you.

You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and you must be fully mobile within your territory.
