National Account Controller

This established major food and drink organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Manager to head up an account at controller level. You will be fundamental for the business development of the company as you will be handling a number of accounts.

Your skill set and responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for a team of account managers and therefore must have the ability to manage and motivate people to their full potential.
• You will be responsible for writing the strategic plan, to drive distribution and profitable growth. Managing the P&L 'from top to bottom'.
• You will have a proven track-record in FMCG sales and be experienced in managing key UK customers within the Grocery channel.
• You will be working within a high calibre senior team and be able to offer your team your knowledge and expertise to raise the bar and implement best practice.
• You will also have good commercial acumen and strategic thinking, be results driven, analytical & creative.
