Graduate Scheme

Calling all recent Agricultural Graduates.


We are working with a large family run business, who are looking to recruit a number of graduates into their business. They are a leading grower of fresh produce, and supply into the major retailers with their product. The program is a 2 year training scheme, during which different modules would be completed, these could include husbandry worker, growing, irrigation, harvest team coordinator, tractor driver/spray, tunnel work, QA are a few of the example modules, there is excellent opportunities for growth and development. The business works across a number of sites, and there is the opportunity to change sites regularly to have an greater understanding of how the business works as a whole.

We are looking for Agricultural University graduates with the following qualifications:

• Agriculture
• Engineering (Production, Environmental Science)
• Food Technology
• Plant Biology
• Field Management
• Crop Science
• Business management within the Agricultural sector
