My client is a leader in the drinks industry, operating in over 80 key markets around the world. Their wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks have allowed them enter new countries on a regular basis and make unknown brands household names. Over the past three years they have grown in turnover and profit within the UK. Due to a member of their team leaving for maternity, they now seek a Trade Marketing Manager for a one year contract.

This role will see the successful candidate being the point of contact for all sales personnel to access brand materials and even develop additional materials for specific local market needs, within brand guidelines. You will manage your own projects within a budget you will be charged with, and deliver these in a timely fashion. This is a vast role which will see you working with a number of different departments as well as key stakeholders in the business. Through your management of brand materials you will provide trade support to retailers, wholesalers and distributors across the UK and Europe. You will work with a third part PR agency to fulfil strategies across various local markets.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be educated to degree level in either a marketing or business discipline with at least 3years experience working in a similar position with an FMCG product. As you will be working across various departments you should be a team player and able to adapt to different working styles quickly. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, along with an analytical approach to your work and the ability to think in a strategic way.
