One of the UK's leading market research agencies are looking for a Consumer Insight Manager to join the team that look after one of the world's best known FMCG businesses.

Within this Consumer Insight Manager role you will be working primarily onsite with the client, providing and presenting detailed insights and analysis based on quantitative data, as well as managing and developing the relationship.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Providing insight to the client so they can continually track consumption habits of their products in the market.
  • Presenting detailed consumer insight to key stakeholders within marketing and commercial functions
  • Identifying market, consumer, purchase and consumption patterns
  • Work closely with the internal departments


To apply for this role you will demonstrate:
  • Experience of providing insights and analysis within the FMCG industry.
  • Be analytically motivated and will have advanced numerical and literacy skills. Some experience of shopper or consumer data such as Kantar, Nielsen, dunnhumby or Aimia would be beneficial.
  • Excellent relationship management and presenting skills with the ability to appropriately manage expectations with clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness; has the ability to develop new opportunities with the client. All recommendations to the client should be commercially viable and actionable.
  • Be a strong team player able to develop lasting relationships at all levels of an organisation.
