Job Details
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with the Sponsor organization
- Develop good understanding of Sponsor business and how campaigns can support it
- Campaign Management of a range of channels including:
- Working effectively with internal and external teams to deliver targeted campaigns on time and to budget
- Analysing campaign performance and communicating the value of the programme channels to Sponsor
- Represent the Sponsors with internal departments: marketing, online team, call centre and operations
- Assist the relationship team with day to day management of accounts
- Competitor and loyalty market monitoring
- General administration on the account
Key Requirements:
- Graduate calibre
- A years experience in a marketing role
- Good knowledge of Direct Marketing is essential
- Confidence in dealing with clients
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Web experience is desirable
