Our client is currently recruiting for experienced food Buyers looking for their next challenging role in retail. Are client has a strong identity and has seen significant growth over the last three years.

They are interested in speaking with candidates from a retail background, open to working with both branded and own label goods. The category is open as the team are willing to be flexible and adapt for the right individual.

Our client is a leading brand in the UK and they are looking for a talented individual to join their team.

The Buyer will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and developing new items for the own label range

• Negotiating with existing branded suppliers

• Analysing and reviewing promotional plans

• Planning, negotiating and delivering the trading budgets

• Driving category growth

KPI’s include

• Income vs budget

• Participation of own label range

• Reduction of net cost prices • Product availability
