The Company:
Our client is a recognisable and well respected luxury brand in the gift and greetings industry. Having built an impressive reputation for the highest of quality products they supply both independent and national retail customers with their design-led product portfolio.
The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for managing the day to day management of the company’s national account retail customers. You will ensure the customers are receiving outstanding customer service while maximising sales opportunities by liaising with buyers on a daily basis to achieve team targets and outstanding results. Your role will include ensuring that orders contain the correct product and are effectively processed. You will work closely with the warehouse, design and merchandising teams to ensure that the right product is available at the right time for your customers.
This is an office based role but will necessitate travel to both customer’s offices and attendance at trade shows across the UK.
The Person:
Ideally with experience within a related product category, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process with national accounts. You will outstanding excellent people skills with proven experience of providing excellent customer service and managing order processes.
An effective communicator you should be able to communicate both in writing and verbally with a wide range of people. Able to work on your own initiative you will be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
A confident and outgoing person, you will have excellent relationship building skills and be a supportive and proactive team member.
