FMCG Commercial Manager / Senior NAM - Food & Drink
Location: UK
The Role:
A superb Commercial Manager / Senior National Account Manager opportunity has become available with a market leading manufacturer of food & drink.
This fantastic position will involve managing and developing a portfolio of wholesale accounts across the UK, strategically creating and implementing customer specific business plans, negotiating pricing and promotional plans, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, managing and supporting the field sales team and delivering sales growth and profitability across your accounts.
Successful applicants will need recent Commercial Management / National Account Management experience selling into wholesalers, with strong man-management skills.

Essential Requirements:
- Recent National Account Management / Commercial Management experience within the FMCG sector, ideally within Food or Drink.
- Experience in selling into the wholesale market would be advantageous.
- Man-management experience.
- Successful track record in delivering sales growth.
- Commercially aware.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strategic business planning skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Results oriented.
- Strong drive and desire to be successful.
Package:
Basic Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Bonus: £55,000-£62,000 OTE
