If you are a skilled butcher who wants the opportunity to run their own butchery department, you love delivering exceptional customer service and you take PRIDE in your work, this may be the job for you.
We are currently recruiting for a Butchery Manager to join our team in Cowes.
Working for a national company that is growing, your role will be to ensure that our customers needs are exceeded at all times. You will be responsible for butchery sales and profit and managing your team to provide the highest standards in customer service and merchandising standards whilst ensuring you and your team comply to health, safety and legal standards at all times.
You will be customer driven, organised, able to set a good example, and an excellent communicator with some experience in supervising or managing a team. The working hours/pattern for this role will be discussed and confirmed at interview. Please note that we are a 7-day operation and therefore offer a variety of flexible working patterns to fit personal circumstances and support work and family demands whilst meeting the needs of the business and our customers. In return, we can offer a competitive salary and benefits including a bonus scheme and personal pension plan.
