Junior National Account Manager

Our client, a significant player in fresh food is looking to strengthen their team by appointing an Account Executive to support the Account Management team in handling one of their largest accounts.

Reporting in to the Senior National Account Manager, you will be helping the team manage one of the multiple grocer accounts with food on a daily basis in a responsive and professional manner. You will be tasked with:

*Administering and completing provisional costing data and maintaining costings of the store ranges.
*Co-ordinating sample production and delivery to customer, ensuring picking, despatch and NPD departments are informed appropriately of requirements.
*Co-ordinating the customer liaison of unaccompanied samples to ensure arrival time and location are effectively communicated. Follow-up with customer to obtain feedback.
*Responding with minor customer requests and ensuring professional and efficient customer service.
*Coordinating the smooth introduction of new products including communicating timings, responsibilities, production methods, product and packaging requirements.
*Fully understanding the category by developing an insight in to the numbers and the strategic intent of the customers.
