The Role

To assist in the growth of their Multiple On Trade Channel by delivering an Integrated Training Programme with targeted Retail Brands, that will ensure greater knowledge and passion for the draught portfolio of brands and higher levels of excellence at the point of serve for consumers by bar staff.

Essentially the position works very closely with a key retail partner, spending time at both their head office and travelling the country to train all the employees, particularly in the outlet, on brands, brewing, ingredients, perfect pour and how to up sell.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To be an expert at Perfect Pour & Brand Knowledge
  • To have a working knowledge of draught beer technology
  • To deliver all aspects of an Integrated Training Program to the customer including individual and group training sessions to outlets / trainers / GMs / immersion groups
  • To build program detail with key stakeholders Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Draught & Account Team
  • To build excellent relationships with client trainers / key outlets / key Regional Brand Managers
  • To deliver perfect pour excellence
  • To instill a passion for brands in key outlets / operations managers within retail estate

The Person

We’re looking for a sales person who has the ability to train easily and deal with all levels within the customer organisation. The key demands for the role are:

  • Salesperson / commercially astute at NAM level
  • Strong communicator / public presenter
  • Technical expert, cellar to bar
  • Trade credibility
  • An understanding of the Business Model of premium brands.
  • A passion for drinks quality both pour & service
  • A track record of ability to build superior customer relationships.
  • Proven skills at presenting and training both to individuals & groups
  • Demonstrated structured selling and negotiation skills.
