Category Manager - Tesco

This role will be responsible for assisting / leading strategic ranging engagements with Tesco. The successful candidate will be responsible for external stakeholder management as relevant for key projects/deliverables, whilst also using forecasting and tracking data to monitor progress in regards to resource revenue targets.

Role and Responsibilities
*Plan and track team deliverables at an overall project level
*Assist and lead in delivery of significant/large projects, ensuring objective, insightful recommendations are made throughout
*Provide tracking data of overall program of work
*Drive the continuous improvement of the delivery processes
*Contribute to the capability's innovation cycle helping to drive forward according to the roadmap set out by the Capability and Delivery lead
*Be an expert on the ranging process and its fit with Tesco Commercial operations

*Work experience within FMCG/Retail environment
*History of working with insight
*Proven influencing skills
Desirable
*Category Management or supporting the category management process
*Worked with Tesco (or other Grocery multiple) in Ranging
*Worked with dunnhumby data
