What you become a part of
The Revenue, Growth Management team at Coca Cola Enterprises supports the delivery of a sustainable commercial plan for the business to meet both Shopper and Customer needs and deliver against CCE’s commercial and strategic objectives. You will report into the Associate Director working across the business with key stakeholders to deliver the pack, price and promotional strategy for the KO brand/pack portfolio.
What to expect
As the RGM Manager for a specific part of the KO brand/pack portfolio you will develop the pack strategy (Brand, Pack & Price by Environment) aligned to our commercial objectives. You will build the pack strategy through understanding the shopper and customer needs in line with the category dynamics, category vision and brand objectives.
Specific responsibilities include;
- Develop the revenue plan for specific brand/packs including price & promotional guidelines by channel, to ensure we have the annual business plans that will deliver our company commercial objectives.
- Track and evaluate the delivery of the annual business plan, making recommendations for adjustments to pack, price and promotional tactics where needed to ensure commercial objectives are met successfully.
- Identify the opportunities to further develop the pack and price proposition to unlock incremental profitable growth in the future.
Qualifications
What we expect of you
You will have had previous commercial planning / trading experience. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking. You will have the ability to lead projects and find innovative solutions and be confident in communicating and influencing at a senior level.
