A new opportunity is available working within a professional body. This is a new role with the goal to recruit a highly skilled commercial team member to drive sustainable sales growth with a focus on integration, development, promotion and sales of the product portfolio.

You will ensure customers receive the best service and look to secure high retention rates and increased customer satisfaction. You will identify new sales opportunities and working with marketing, product development and delivery teams turn into commercially successful products and services.

Experience of Key Account customer management, up-selling and cross selling is essential. Knowledge of the housing sector would be helpful.

You should be educated to a degree level
Have at least 2 years B2B experience (telesales or face to face)
The ability to communicate clearly at all levels, negotiate and be able to handle difficult customers and situations is essential.
You should be financially astute and conversant with CRM systems.
Have a clean driving licence and be prepared to travel to meet customers face to face.
