Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a National Account Controller opportunity leading a team of  National Account Managers across the grocery channel. Strategically this is a highly important and visible role and key responsibilities will include understanding the opportunities within a diversified account base, developing and negotiating joint business plans, managing the P&L, identifying growth opportunities and building winning customer relationships. The ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and strong inter-personal skills is crucial to success in this role.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, with impressive, branded FMCG account management experience. It will be essential to have experience of managing a successful sales team.  Experience of a very high level of a P&L responsibility is essential for applicants. It will also be necessary to have experience of managing a top four grocery account. Working in partnership with your accounts you will need to demonstrate that you are an effective communicator with an ability to build strong relationships and generate sales growth.
